Procedures for all workshop operations on hybrid vehicles
Before all workshop operations
1. Switch off the 15 voltage.
2. Switch off the hybrid system using the hybrid system control switch in the roof panel.
3. Switch on the 15 voltage.
4. Connect SDP3. When starting SDP3 an automatic check is performed of the voltage
and the insulation monitor on the voltage class B circuit, and that the control switch is switched off. Fault code 793, The hybrid system interlock loop is open, is set when the control switch is switched off.
5. Switch off the 15 voltage.
6. Carry out the required workshop operation.

After all workshop operations
1. Start the hybrid system using the hybrid system control switch in the roof panel.
2. Start the vehicle and allow it to run for at least 10 seconds to activate the hybrid system.
3. Switch off the vehicle and switch on 15 voltage.
4. Check and clear any fault codes in SDP3.

Check for leaks and damage to electrical cables and connections
1. Open the hatches on the roof.
2. Check for leaks from the expansion tank coolant hoses and damage to cable harnesses and connections.

Check the coolant level
1. Open the hatch.
2. Remove the pressure caps.
3. Check the coolant level in both expansion tanks. Top up with coolant as necessary.
