If necessary, remove hydraulic oil filter manifold. See Hydraulic Oil Filter Manifold Remove and Install . (Group 3160.)
9. TX1151196A-UN: Hydraulic Oil Cooler (326E with heavy duty cooler shown)
LEGEND:
1 – Cap Screw (4 used SD cooler, 2 used HD cooler)
2 – Filler Neck
3 – Bracket
69 – Hydraulic Oil Cooler
198 – Hydraulic Oil Cooler-to-Hydraulic Oil Reservoir Line
241 – Hydraulic Control Valve-to-Hydraulic Oil Cooler Bypass Valve Line
Install identification tags and disconnect hydraulic hoses (198 and 237 or 241) from hydraulic oil cooler. Close all openings using caps and plugs.
10. Remove cap screws (1) and move bracket (3) to provide clearance for hydraulic oil cooler.
11. Remove hydraulic oil cooler.
12. Clean and inspect parts. Repair or replace as necessary.
13. Install hydraulic oil cooler.
14. Move bracket to original position and install cap screws.
15. Connect hydraulic hoses to hydraulic oil cooler.
16. If removed, install hydraulic oil filter manifold. See Hydraulic Oil Filter Manifold Remove and Install . (Group 3160.)
17. If removed, install final fuel filter assembly. See Final Fuel Filter Assembly Remove and Install . (Group 0560.)
18. Remove vacuum or fill hydraulic reservoir.

Travel Relief Valve Set-Pressure Adjustment Procedure
Adjust the set pressure of travel relief valve (1) using adjusting screw (3) after loosening lock nut (2).
1. Loosen lock nut (2).

2. Turn adjusting screw (3) to adjust the pressure setting, referring to the table below.
j 6 mm
3. Retighten lock nut (2).
j 19 mm
m 34.3 to 44.1 N·m

CAUTION: Lower roller (1) weight:
ZX470-6/490-6 Class: 80 kg
ZX530-6 Class: 110 kg
1. Set lower roller (1) on track link (4) by using a forklift.
2. Lower the machine in order to adjust the lower roller (1) mounting position.
3. Fit the bolt (3) holes of track frame (2) and lower roller (1) and fit the matching marks made when removing. Install lower roller (1) with bolts (3) (4 used).

Group 6 Troubleshooting B
Troubleshooting B (Machine Diagnosis by Using Troubleshooting Symptom) Procedure
Refer to troubleshooting B procedures for diagnosis by using trouble symptom when no fault codes are displayed.
Diagnosis Procedure
The diagnosis procedures for the displayed fault codes are explained in this group.
Perform diagnosis by using MPDr. or the service menu of monitor first.
In case any fault code has not been displayed by diagnosis, perform inspection according to the procedures when diagnosing.
When the fault code is displayed, refer to the troubleshooting A group and diagnose.
On the front section pages of this group, there are the tables indicating the relationship between machine trouble symptoms and related parts which may cause such trouble if failed. Start the troubleshooting with more probable causes selected by referring to these tables.
