6. Use Tooling (E) and a suitable press to install rotating seal group (6). Rotating seal group (6) is to be installed with installation clips (X) in place until rotating seal group (6) is fully seated. Remove installation clips (X).
Note: Do not use hammer to install seal groups as damage to the ceramic faces on the seal groups will occur.

7. Lubricate the shaft assembly with a light coat of engine oil. Use a suitable press to install impeller (5) into pump housing (10) and onto the shaft assembly. Install impeller (5) to a depth of 0.0 ± 0.15 mm (0.00000 ± 0.00591 inch) from the end of the shaft assembly to the outer face of the impeller.

The release of hydraulic pressure in an hydraulic circuit is required before service is performed to that hydraulic circuit. Release the pressure in the following hydraulic circuits before any hydraulic lines are disconnected from that hydraulic circuit or hydraulic components are removed.

Conveyor Drive Chain Adjustment

Open top back panels to get to the conveyor drive chain.
Bolt Locations
(1) Right adjusting nut. (2) Right adjusting stud. (3) Right motor mounting frame. (4) Right mounting bolts. (5) Left mounting bolts. (6) Left motor mounting frame. (7) Left adjusting stud. (8) Left adjusting nut. (9) Right drive chain. (10) Left drive chain.
1. Locate the conveyor drive chain adjustment studs under the floor panels at the rear of the tractor near the operator control consoles.
2. To adjust right drive chain (9), loosen right mounting bolts (4) (two are shown to the rear of right torque hub, two more are located forward of the right torque hub).
3. Loosen the right jam nut on right adjusting stud (2). The jam nut is located under the top bracket of right motor mounting frame (3).
