EXCERPT:
1. Turn the fuel valve to the “OFF” position.
2. Remove the bolt (1) from the clamp that holds fuel line to accessory drive housing.
3. Disconnect the fuel lines (2) from the pump. Remove the two bolts (3) that hold pump to accessory housing. Remove fuel transfer pump (4).
4. Inspect and make a replacement of O-ring seal (5) if necessary.
5. Install new gasket (6) on the accessory drive housing.
6. Put the fuel transfer pump (4) on the engine. Install the two bolts that hold pump to housing. Connect fuel lines (2) to the pump. Install bolt (1) that holds clamp to housing. Turn the fuel valve to the “ON” position.
